My wife Lucy had principles when she was younger. She wanted to save her virginity for her husband. That’s why she didn’t have sex before marriage, not even with me. And we’ve been married for 15 years now. And recently this happened.
We were at a party at her college friend’s house. And she has a huge collage with photos from different years. Of course, there are many photos from her college years. I looked at them for a long time. In one of the photos, my wife was posing with a group of people, and among them was a young man. They were hugging and were close to each other. What surprised me more was that this guy was black. But Lucy never told me that she dated black guys.
Then I asked who this guy was. She looked away embarrassed and replied that he was just a friend. I didn’t try to clarify things that evening, but I felt strange. I was sure that my wife was hiding something from me.
Then I met one of my old friends after some time. He told me about the rumors that were circulating about Lucy in their college. I couldn’t believe that my wife could ever be part of such scandalous stories. And then I decided I would talk to my wife.
